Lemonade Float Fest FAQ’s


Lemonade Float fest is a onewheel, camping, music festival for all to enjoy! We are teaming up with the Dirtsurferz for some of the most epic races in onewheeling! Bring the family or come alone! We will have activities, trails, music, food, fun, and more!


Arrival and Departure


When does the festival start?

Early bird welcome is Wednesday April 10th, 2024 in Austin, TX (you will need to book a hotel or airbnb). We will kick off the fest with a group ride Wednesday night then head over to Reveille Peak Ranch the following day.


The camping portion will start Thursday 4/11 at Reveille Peak Ranch. 


What time do gates open at RPR for Lemonade Float Fest? 

Thursday at 2 PM


Can I arrive early? 

No please do not arrive early as we will not be ready to receive you yet


What time do I need to leave? 

Sunday afternoon at 4PM the event is officially over but you can stay and ride till the after dark if you like.


Tickets, Cancellations and refunds? 

Refunds available up to 3 weeks before the event.


Can I purchase a day pass?

Yes, day passes are available for purchase online or in person


Are there transportation options from Austin, TX to Reveille Peak Ranch and back?

Yes, we can help arrange car pools if there is enough interest. Please reach out to Tim Slager for car pool or transportation requests. 


Do I need an RV Pass?

We are currently out of RV hook ups but you are free to bring an RV. General admission passes will not need an extra RV pass as we are out of RV hooks ups.


Rain or shine or are there alternate dates?

Event is rain or shine.


Can I transfer my tickets?

Yes, a $10 transfer fee will apply. Transfer can be done online through BikeReg




Venue & Facilities


What is the bathroom situation?

There are bathrooms on site. We will also have clean porta potties on site as well.


Are there showers?

Yes. There are showers for men and women on site.  


Is there food available?

Yes, we will have multiple food trucks on site.


Will there be alcohol for sale at the event?

BYOB is allowed, and there is a grocery store and gas station 5 min away.


What’s up with cell phone service at the venue?

You will have cell phone service on property though it might be spotty in some areas. Walkie talkies are encouraged.


What will the weather be like for the event? 

We are hoping for 70 something degree days and 50 something degree nights.


What are the rules for campfires?

Bring your own firewood! Campfires are ok.



What is allowed


What should I bring to Lemonade Float Fest? 

Camping gear, onewheels, and lots of stoke!


What should I NOT bring?

Bad attitudes, weapons, guns, Sur Rons, ATV’s, or dirt bikes.


Other PEVs?

EUC’s and pedal assist e bikes are ok. NO Sur Rons PLEASE!


Pets?

OK ON LEASH ONLY! Friendly pets, ok with lots of people, and music are ok.


Drones?

Sure. Please fly safely. Operate at your own risk


Is safety gear required?

Yeah duh! Have you seen how much event insurance is? Helmets are required!

How do I charge my Onewheel?

We will have electricity and generators on site. Bring you chargers!


Can I ship my OneWheel?

Yes.You can ship your boards to Downtown Austin OR to the Festival grounds

Will there be quiet hours?

Live Music will end at 10 PM. No amplified music after 10PM


What if I have an emergency?

Please call 512-815-3497 for onsite medics to be sent out or 911 in extreme case emergencies. You can also text or call Luke Hsiao, the event organizer at 512-815-3497


Is there a LOST & FOUND?

Yes, we will keep lost and found items at the pavilion.


Can I stay off site at a hotel, AirBnB, etc?"

We highly recommend camping onsite at Reveille Peak Ranch to enjoy Lemonade Float Fest, but if camping isn't your thing…Thunderbird Lodge at Spider Mountain offers 23 units, ranging from 4 person "Casitas" to 20 person "Villas" https://www.thunderbirdlodgetx.com/accommodations

Is this event family friendly?

Yes. We love families and how Onewheel brings together people of all ages. 

The far end of the lake will be designated as a Family Camp area for those that may want to be located a little further from the main stage. Explore your options upon arrival. Please note that music will go until 10PM on Friday and Saturday.


Is there food available?

We are excited to have multiple food trucks on site to provide some amazing food options all weekend long. 


What if I don’t want to buy food? 

Feel free to bring your own food and cook at your camp. Plan ahead, the closest store is 15 minutes away.


What options are there for camping on site?

On Site tent camping (with your own camping equipment) is included in your festival admission, with vehicles parked at our onsite parking area.
